LogAir.ai Onboarding Accuracy Guarantee

Scope.
LogAir.ai guarantees that all handwritten aviation logbook entries transcribed by its OnBoarding service shall contain fewer than five percent (5%) transcription errors when compared to the original source material provided by the Client.

Client Responsibilities.
The Client is responsible for supplying clear, legible digital scans or images of handwritten logbooks in standard digital formats (including, but not limited to, PDF, TIFF, or JPEG). LogAir.ai can help with scanning but the OnBoarding guarantee only applies to digitized physical documents.

Verification and Quality Control.
LogAir.ai uses a combination of machine handwriting recognition, aviation-domain AI language models, and human quality assurance to ensure the stated accuracy threshold is met. Documents exceeding the 5% error rate are automatically reprocessed before delivery.

Remedy.
If, after delivery, the Client identifies any portion of transcribed material exceeding the 5% error threshold, LogAir.ai shall, at the our discretion:

(a) reprocess the affected material at no cost, or
(b) refund the portion of the service fee corresponding to that material.
This shall be the Client’s exclusive remedy under this guarantee.

Exclusions.
This guarantee does not apply to documents that are illegible, damaged, incomplete, or written in non-English languages or non-standard notation. Such documents will be flagged prior to transcription.
