Scanning

If a shop has ever misplaced your logbooks, you know that horrible sinking feeling.

Lost logbooks represent 30%-60% of the value of your aircraft. The value of the logbooks is not an insurable item –NBAA

Every page, every 8130, every piece of paper in your maintenance logbook needs to be scanned. Fortunately, it’s gotten easier with all the new devices in the market now. Most cell phones will scan a typical page at 300 DPI or greater.

The other aspect of lost logbooks is the cost of recreation and the associated downtime.

We can help you get your logs scanned. This is most important thing.

Order 337 Data from the FAA

Most log books we review don’t have adequate Form 337 references. This data is held by the FAA and as of this writing, can only be ordered on CD directly from the FAA.

You’ve chosen a plan, we’ve either helped you or you have your scanned maintenance logbooks. Great.

Account Time

We’ll get you set up with a Google Workspace account. Even if you use one at work, we need to get you set up under LogAir.ai’s structure to take advantage of the pre-built RAG-AI system, the AD retrieval system, and the Google Chrome plug-in that round out the offering.

Uploading Records

Using Google Drive, we going to ask you to get the all of your scanned records into the Google Cloud.

We Build and Test the RAG-AI System

The staff at LogAir.ai will take those records, qualify them, build the RAG-AI System and test it. We then deploy an instance of Google’s Notebook LM Professional to you for your use complete with your aircraft’s data. All set and ready to go.

The Support Doesn’t Stop There

We’ll teach you how to get the most out of your system. We’ll work within your schedule to get you through an OnBoarding Session. We’ll show you how to make use of your system and how to keep it up to date. We do this through the Chrome Browser support Plug-Ins and it typically takes about 30 minutes to get a new account productive.
